General Policy

Our Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the website.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by sending an email to request your RMA number. You will receive an email response with your RMA number and instructions. Please allow up to 2 business days for response

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

  • Any product not purchased from
  • Any product that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including box, inside packaging, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage

Braid Products Return Policy

The product manufactures do not grant returns, and cannot and do not accept returns. Please note that unauthorized returns will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. But we will happy to accommodate exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item(s) please note our exchange policy as described as follows;

Exchange Policy’s goal is to provide convenient and pleasurable online buying experiences to our valued customers. We allow one (1) exchange per item – please read fee section below. Please be aware: Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. To avoid this fee please follow these exchange guidelines:

Product Eligibility

  • Eligible product(s): must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
  • Items not eligible for exchange: Last Call, Clearance, Discontinued, Accessories, Care Products, Special Orders and Wholesale Orders.
  • If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.

Exchange Fees

  • now offers Hassle-free color exchanges! If you are not happy with your color selection and wish to exchange the same item for a different color the 20% exchange fee will be waived for your first exchange. A handling fee of $5.00 will apply to color exchanges.
  • 20% exchange fees apply to all other exchange item(s).
  • If you receive style/color help from our experts and the suggestions are not satisfactory, exchange fees and/or handling fees are not waived. Please choose carefully.
  • Charges required to complete exchanges are made on the credit card submitted in the original order.
  • Balances are issued as store credit only and can be used at any time.

Shipping Costs on Exchange

  • Shipping charges will apply. We ship via the method chosen on the original order, unless instructions in the exchange package specify otherwise.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Requests for exchange must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre-authorized by with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Without an RMA the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized product fee.
  • To ensure your exchange goes smoothly, please do the following only after you are sure your item(s) is eligible:

Email info@ to request your RMA number. You will receive an email response with your RMA number and instructions on how to exchange and return the product. Please allow up to 2 business days for response.

If order was placed by phone or mail and there is no access to email; please call our Exchange Department between 10:00am – 6:00pm EST. Phone ***-***-**** for an Exchange Agent.

Exchange items must be returned to within 10 days from receipt of the RMA number. Once receives your exchange package, please allow up to 10 business days for the exchange process to complete.

How to Prepare Your Exchange Package

  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no visible RMA will be refused.
  • Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box as damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.

Hair Care Products Return Policy

  • US Continental Return for refund within: 21 calendar days
  • International and military installation Return for refund within: 30 calendar days
  • US Continental return for store credit within: 21 calendar days
  • International and military installation Return for store credit within: 30 calendar days
  • Restocking Fee: Yes (up to 30%)

Products that state “This item is covered by’s General Return Policy”, must be returned to Naturalbraid within 21 calendar days for US Continental customers or 30 calendar days for International or military installation customer of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may be returned for a refund or store credit. In order for a full refund or store credit item has to be in its original condition as we have shipped it out to customer if not there may be restocking fee up to 30%. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by, and not the mere issuance of an RMA

The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to being returned to you at your expense:

  • Item missing the original packaging
  • Merchandise missing part of item
